Tift Co. vs Brooks Co.                                          

Two consecutive years and two Friday night openers with Brooks County resulted in rainouts after torrential downpours and impressive lightening storms.  Last year’s game was a hard fought 16-7 victory by Tift County in the sweltering South Georgia Saturday afternoon heat.  The Devils hold a 7-1 edge all-time against the Trojans.

Tifton native, Ryan Branch, has left to coach the Berrien County Rebels and Brooks has brought back Coach Maurice Freeman.  Coach Freeman led the Trojans to the 1994 Class A state championship.  Written By: TCTC Historian/Public Relations: Ronnie Hall
